How to read a JSON file manually?

Reading a JSON file manually requires understanding its structure and syntax. Start by identifying the root element—either an object {} or array []. Look for key-value pairs separated by colons in objects. Arrays contain comma-separated values in square brackets. Strings are in double quotes, numbers have no quotes, and booleans are true or false. For easier manual reading, use our JSON Viewer at jsonconsole.com/json-viewer which presents JSON in a collapsible tree structure. This lets you expand and collapse sections to focus on relevant data. When reading manually, trace nested objects by following the opening and closing braces. Pay attention to commas separating elements and colons separating keys from values. Our viewer eliminates the need for tedious manual parsing by providing a visual representation that is much easier to navigate and understand.
